Login details and personal data
This is how you maintain your profile, change your email and password, set your profile picture and delete your account if necessary.
Profile and personal data
In the Servire Web Desk under Settings → Account, you manage all your personal data: login details for the Web Desk, the POS app, and all other Servire products, your profile picture, your name, and your address. Your name is printed on receipts in the POS app as the operator—important for tax audits.

Change email address
Click on Change email and enter your new address. You will receive a confirmation email at the new address — the change will only be activated after you click the link in this email. Your old address will continue to work for logging in until then.
Keep address up to date
Important system emails (subscription renewal, TSE certificate warnings, security notices) will be sent to your registered email address. Please keep it up to date.
Change Password
Click on Change Password and first enter your current password, then your new password twice. Recommended: at least 12 characters with letters, numbers, and special characters — or better yet, a random password manager entry.
If you no longer know your current password, you can not reset it here, but only via the forgot password function on the login page — Servire will then send you a reset link via email.
Upload profile picture
In the Profile section, you can upload a picture of yourself. It will later appear in the employee list and in reports. Format: JPG or PNG, minimum 200 × 200 pixels. You can delete the current picture using Remove Profile Picture.
Personal data and address
Enter your first name, last name and your full address. This information will appear on receipts, in the employee list, and in reports. Employees working at multiple restaurants only need to enter their information once—the data will be used across all locations.
Change language
Under Language you can change the display language of the web desk. Currently, German and English are among the available languages. The change takes effect immediately.
Restaurants and permits
In the Restaurants section, you can see all establishments to which your account is assigned. As the creator of a restaurant, you have full administrative rights. As an invited employee, you only see the functions that the owner has granted you access to.
Delete account
At the bottom of the page you will find Delete Account. This is permanent and cannot be undone — for security reasons, you will be asked to enter your email address for confirmation.
Before deleting, you must cancel all active Server Pro subscriptions. Otherwise, the deletion request will be rejected.
What will happen to the restaurants?
Restaurants you created that never had a subscription will be deleted. Restaurants with a subscription history will be retained for legal reasons (German Cash Register Security Ordinance, 10-year retention requirement). Invited employees will lose their access.
