Change subscription plan
Check the costs and timing before choosing a different plan.
Only the owner can change the tariff. Open Web desk → Settings → Subscription → … → Change tariff for the desired restaurant.
Select a new tariff
The current rate is highlighted. Select a different available rate. The preview shows the time and, if applicable, the pro-rata costs.
Choose a larger plan
An upgrade will take effect immediately and be billed proportionally. Please review the preview and only then confirm with Upgrade Now.
Choose a smaller plan
A downgrade will take effect from the displayed end of the current billing period. Until then, you will retain your current plan. Use Plan Switch to schedule the change.
A planned change will be displayed in the subscription line and can be cancelled there before it takes effect. Cancel in the dialog box will not change the plan.
Before downgrading, check which features and devices your business requires. Solo allows one active POS terminal per shift; cash register reporting is available starting with Pro.
