Process orders quickly
If everything is paid in cash and there are no special requests: book directly without going through the billing sheet.
For quick orders—a lunch customer who pays cash and wants to leave—the express checkout is the fastest way. It skips the selection and summary sheets and books everything as a cash payment in one step.

Open the table order. Tap and hold the Euro symbol in the top right corner of the party — or use the option available in the context menu under Quick Settlement.
The app immediately books the entire party as a cash payment without change or tip, prints the receipt, and removes the order from the table. If there are multiple parties at the table, only the selected party is billed.
Quick settlement is only useful for cash payments without a tip. If the guest pays in cash but adds a tip, or for card payments, please use the detailed settlement.
The quick settlement feature is only active if it is enabled in the settings (General → Quick Settlement). It is deactivated by default because unintentional bookings must be reversed in compliance with TSE regulations.
