Item-by-item partial billing
Only charge for part of the order — for example, if one guest has to leave first, but the rest remain seated.
The entire order isn't always settled at once. If a guest needs to leave early or wants to pay only part of the way, simply select the items they want to be charged. The rest will remain on the table.

In the order form, tap the Euro symbol. In the selection list, tap only the items you want to be billed now – a checkbox will mark them.
For multiple quantities (e.g., 5 beers), tap repeatedly to select one at a time—for example, 2 out of 5 beers. The quantity will appear as 2/5 under the item name.
Tap "Settle Selection" below — this will take you to a summary sheet listing only the selected items. Payment proceeds normally, including payment method, tip, etc. The rest of the order remains on the table.
If you frequently split invoices, check the "Default selection during invoicing" setting (Settings → General). If this is pre-selected to "None," you must always select "Active" to prevent accidental full invoicing.
Item partial billing generates a separate TSE-signed receipt for the selected items. The remaining balance stays on the table as an open order and can be settled separately later.
