View printouts
View all print jobs for the current shift — invoices, receipts, Z/X reports, notes, coupons, deposit slips. Filterable by type and area.
Every printout—kitchen receipt, customer invoice, Z-report—is logged in the system. The printout list gives you access to all printouts from the current shift, including previews and reprint options.

Tap the list icon in the top right corner of the table plan — the view opens with the Print Jobs tab. Each receipt shows a true preview of what was printed.
Set filter

Use the filter icon in the top right corner to select which types (invoices, orders, Z/X reports, notes, vouchers, deposits) and areas (restaurant, terrace, courtyard) should be displayed.
Filters are especially useful when a guest asks for a specific receipt—for example, the bill from table 4 an hour ago. Filter on receipts + Restaurant section, and you'll only scroll through the relevant printouts.
The list only shows printouts from the current shift. Receipts from older shifts can be found in the shift history under the respective shift.
