View existing orders

What has the table ordered so far? How much is the bill? You can see everything at a glance by tapping again.

Once an order has been placed at a table, it will be highlighted in orange on the table plan. Tapping again will not display the menu, but rather the current order with all items, parties, and the total amount.

How to open the order

On the table plan you will see all occupied tables outlined in orange — possibly with a small dot (service time indicator).

Tap the table. You will see the order broken down by party with all items and prices, plus the total amount.

What the action buttons mean

In the top right corner of the order view, there are four icons available: Plus to add more items, Euro to start billing, three dots for options (move, split, cancel, etc.), and the person icon in the top right corner for another party or number of people.

The service time indicators on the table (small, at the top) show how long it's been since the last service: green = fresh, yellow = slightly older, red = haven't been served in a long time. A handy way to remember guests.

Existing orders can be expanded or edited at any time — until they are invoiced. After invoicing, they are only accessible via the shift activity list or the cancellation workflow.
