View and complete open print jobs
Pending print jobs from the cloud hub — when the printer was offline or the connection was unstable.
If a printer is offline or the Wi-Fi connection drops during printing, print jobs are not lost—Servire stores them in the cloud pipeline. The list of open print jobs shows what is still unprinted and allows for manual triggering.
Open list
In the print job list, tap the status icon at the top (bell or cloud with a number). An "Open Print Jobs" section will open, displaying all unprinted jobs. For each entry, you'll see the job type, target printer, and waiting time.
To start again
Tap on an entry and select Resend. The server will attempt the print job again—if the printer is back online in the meantime, it will work. For permanently offline printers, the error message will reappear.
If the list accumulates, this indicates a printer or network problem. First, check the printer (power, paper, Wi-Fi), then the iPad's Wi-Fi status. If using Hub mode, also check the Print Hub in your browser.
Print jobs older than 24 hours are automatically discarded – their content would be outdated (the order has likely already been processed). For important lost receipts, you can reprint them manually via the shift activity list.
