New restaurant
Create a completely new restaurant — as the owner, using the service for the first time. All you need is the name.
Are you the owner and using Servire for the first time? Then you should first create a new restaurant. Unlike connecting to an existing restaurant, this requires creating a completely new configuration.
Establish a restaurant
In the POS app, after registration, proceed via the welcome screen: Select the card Operator? Create a new restaurant now. In the web portal, start by clicking Create new restaurant in the header. The form has only one field: Restaurant name. In the POS app, the name must be at least two characters long; in the web portal, a non-empty name with a maximum of 150 characters is sufficient. Address, phone number, and email address are not requested during setup.
After confirmation, the restaurant will be created and linked to your account. The sample data will then be imported immediately. Afterwards, you will be taken to your account overview.
Add tax data
Tax data does not belong in the initial setup process. You can enter it later and optionally in the web portal under Settings → Location: Tax ID number, VAT ID number and Legal form.
A restaurant can have several areas, such as a restaurant, terrace, and bar. For branches with different tax identification numbers, you should create a separate restaurant entry for each branch.
