New restaurant
Create a completely new restaurant — as the owner using the service for the first time. Includes address and tax information.
Are you the owner and using Server for the first time? Then you should first create a new restaurant. Unlike connecting to an existing restaurant, this requires creating a completely new configuration.
Create a restaurant
After registering as a service staff member, tap "Create Restaurant" in the overview (or directly on your first login). A form will open. Enter the following information: Restaurant name, address (street, postal code, city), phone number, and optionally, email address.
Tax data
In the next step, you will enter tax information: tax number or VAT ID, company type (e.g., GmbH, GbR, sole proprietorship), and billing address. This information appears on invoices and is important for accounting and the tax office.
After confirmation, the restaurant will be created and linked to your account. Next comes the data import (see the relevant article) and the setup of the first employees.
A valid Stripe subscription is required to use Servire Pro (email invoices, advanced reports). You can find the setup wizard in the settings or on the web desktop.
A restaurant can have multiple areas (restaurant, terrace, bar), but it is a single tax identification number entity. For branches with different tax identification numbers, create a separate restaurant entry for each branch.
