Service

Take a new order

From empty table to finished order — select items, adjust quantities and send to kitchen/counter.

The central workflow in the service: serving a guest. You tap on an available table, select items from the menu, and send the order to the kitchen and counter with a tap.

On the table plan, tap on the desired free table (green).

The menu will open. First select a menu item (e.g., drinks, food) and then a category.

Tap on an item — it will be added to your order instantly. Tap multiple times to increase the quantity.

The green 1× next to the item indicates the quantity added. Use the undo icon in the upper right corner to reverse any accidental taps.

Tap Done (below) — the order summary will open with all items, grouped by party and total amount.

Tap on "Submit new order" — the app prints the receipts in the kitchen and at the counter. Confirmation briefly appears as a toast icon, and the table is highlighted in orange on the map.

Use the magnifying glass in the top right corner of the menu to quickly search for item name or order number — often faster than scrolling through a large menu.

For items with mandatory variants (e.g., side dish, bread type), instead of adding them directly, open the details dialog — see Adding an order with variants.
