Change login details

Change the email address or password of the logged-in service employee account directly from within the app.

You can change your login details—email address and password—as long as you are logged into the app. This can be done via the settings in the overview.

Navigate to the settings section

Open the overview using the house icon in the top left corner of the table plan.

Tap on Settings — and then on Login details in the following list.

Change email address

Type in the email field and adjust the address. Confirm using the checkmark in the upper right corner.

The new email address must be unique — it cannot already belong to another server account. For security reasons, you may need to confirm your current password.

Change Password

Tap on Change password (orange text below the email field).

Enter the new password in the field and confirm by clicking the checkmark in the upper right corner. Clicking "Do not change password" will exit the mode without changing the password.

If you don't remember your current password, you can't proceed here — instead, use the password reset option from the login screen. This works via an email link, without needing to log in.

After a password change, all other devices on which you are currently logged in will be automatically logged out on the next reload.
