How to verify the TSE signature of a cash book entry
If a TSE (Technical Security Equipment) is set up for your location and your subscription is active, cash book entries will be digitally signed. Signing occurs automatically in the background shortly after saving. The signature proves that the entry has not been subsequently altered.

Open TSE info
Open the daily cash book view and tap on a transaction. In the transaction details, the shield icon in the upper right corner leads to the "TSE" page. This icon only appears if TSE data is available for the transaction, or if the signature is still pending or has failed.
What the TSE info shows
If signing is still pending or has failed, you will see a notification at the top. Below that are the signature's identifying data, and at the end is a QR code containing the complete DSFinV-K verification data set for verification software. The "Signature" line contains the signature counter, not the signature value.
To access exam documents, open the "History" section in the daily view via the clock icon, set the date range, and select "Download PDF" from the "..." icon. The TSE information itself is for viewing purposes only and cannot be exported.
