View TSE information for cash book entry

Signature, QR code and tamper-proof security for every cash book entry — important for tax office audits.

Every cash book entry in Servire is digitally signed by a TSE (Technical Security Device). This signature guarantees that the entry has not been subsequently altered. For the tax advisor and the tax office, the TSE information serves as important proof of authenticity.

Open TSE info

In the cash book daily view, tap on a transaction — the details screen will open. In the upper right corner you will find a shield icon (TSE) — tap it.

The TSE information displays the transaction number, signature counter, timestamp, certificate used, and a QR code containing the complete signature as a machine-readable code. The tax office can scan the QR code and verify the signature directly.

In case of complaints or inquiries from the tax office regarding a specific booking, you can share the TSE info page as a PDF — it contains all the information needed for a forensic audit.

Cancellations generate their own TSE signatures — both the original booking and the offsetting booking are traceable. During an audit, the official can reconstruct the cancellation chain.
