Select printer series
Specify hardware model — Epson TM-T20, TM-M30, TM-T88, Star Micronics, Bixolon and more.
Different printer models use different command sets and paper widths. If the service does not correctly recognize the series, you must select the model manually—otherwise, the receipt will either not print at all or will print incorrectly.
Select series
In the Add or Edit printer dialog, you will find the Printer Series field. Tap it—a list of supported series will open. Select the appropriate model—for example, TM-T20II, TM-T88VI, TM-M30 for Epson printers, or TSP100, TSP800 for Star Micronics printers.
After selection, the app tests the connection and sends a test receipt. If an error occurs, double-check the serial number and connection. If successful, the printer is ready for use.
The series number is usually found on the back or bottom of the printer. If you're unsure, take a photo of the nameplate and search online — Servire models cover over 90% of common receipt printers.
For printers not on the list, the owner can contact server support. Most ESC/POS-compatible printers will also function as general printers without explicit selection.
