Subscribe to Server Pro

Here's how to book the Servire Pro tariff for TSE, DSFinV-K and all professional functions.

Servire is available in two plans: Free (permanently free, basic functions) and Pro (€59 per month per restaurant, all functions). For tax office-compliant use in Germany, you need the Pro subscription – only this plan activates the TSE (Technical Security Device), the DSFinV-K export, and the DATEV export.

Cancellable monthly

The Servire Pro subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term. See Cancel Servire Pro subscription.

What's included in the Pro subscription?

The Pro subscription unlocks all features relevant for professional restaurant operations:

  • Fiskaly Cloud TSE — legally required according to KassenSichV (§146a AO)

  • DSFinV-K Export — for tax audits

  • DATEV Export — for seamless data transfer to your tax advisor

  • Cash register reporting to the tax office (§146a AO reporting obligation from 2025)

  • Email invoicing to guests

  • E-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) for business customers

  • Stripe integration for card payments without an external terminal

  • Advanced statistics and reports

  • Service POS (tip management per employee)

  • Reservation management

  • Employee time tracking (MiLoG compliant)

With the Free plan, you can use Servire completely Taking orders and using table management — however, tax office-compliant cash register management is reserved for the Pro tariff.

Here's how to subscribe to the Pro version.

Bookings are made via the web desk (desk.servire.de) using Stripe — securely by credit card or SEPA direct debit.

Step 1: Log in to the web desk

Open desk.servire.de and log in with your access data. Select the restaurant for which you would like to book the subscription.

Step 2: Navigate to the Pro upgrade

Click on Start with Server Pro in the bottom left of the navigation bar or go to Settings → Subscription.

Step 3: Book a Pro subscription

Click on Book Service Pro. You will be redirected to our payment provider Stripe.

Step 4: Enter payment details

Enter your payment details:

  • Credit card: Visa or Mastercard
  • SEPA Direct Debit: IBAN for German and European bank accounts

Your data is processed directly by Stripe — Servire does not store any payment information.

Step 5: Confirm subscription

After successful confirmation, all Pro features will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with an invoice. For tax office compliance, you will then need to set up the TSE (Technical Security Equipment) — see [Setting up a TSE](/manual/setting up a TSE).

Rate per restaurant

The Pro subscription applies per restaurant, not per account. If you create two restaurants, the Pro rate will be charged twice. You can choose the rate for each restaurant individually—e.g., Pro for your main restaurant, Free for a temporary pop-up.

Download invoice

Monthly invoices can be found at any time in Settings → Subscription → Invoices. They will also be sent by email to the billing address you have on file.
