Take out a subscription for a restaurant
Choose a plan and complete the subscription via Stripe.
Only the owner can take out a subscription. It applies to one restaurant at a time. If you own multiple establishments, you can choose different rates.
Open Web desk → Settings → Subscription. Find the row for the desired restaurant.
Prepare invoice data
Add billing address
Select Add invoice details or … → Invoice details. Enter the invoice recipient's name, street, house number, postal code, city, and country. VAT ID number and invoice email address are optional. Save.
If you have a partner code, enter it before completing your purchase via … → Partner Code. A discount confirmed there will apply to your next subscription with this company.
Tariff and payment
Select Subscribe, compare the rates, and confirm your selection. Rates marked Coming Soon are not yet available for booking.
Solo includes features such as cloud-based TSE and DATEV export, and allows one active POS device per shift. Pro adds POS reporting and allows for an unlimited number of POS devices. The displayed features and prices are binding. Prices are net, excluding VAT.
In the subsequent Stripe checkout, you review the total amount, payment method, and billing details, and then confirm the transaction. After successful payment, the web desk will display the activation status.
Setting up TSE
You then configure the technical security device (TSE) via Create TSE now. Configure later postpones this step. The subscription alone does not create the TSE. The process is described under Create TSE.
The subscription can be cancelled monthly at the end of the current billing period. You can change your plan and cancel your subscription later in the restaurant's menu.
