How to book a tariff for TSE, DSFinV-K and all professional functions
The POS app is available in four plans, each per month and restaurant: Free (permanently free, basic functions), Solo (€39), Pro (€59), and Max (€99). For tax office-compliant use in Germany, you need a paid plan—starting with Solo, the TSE (Technical Security Device), DSFinV-K export, and DATEV export are activated.
Cancellable monthly
Each subscription runs monthly and can be cancelled at any time at the end of the current billing period. There is no minimum term. See Cancel subscription.
What is included in each tariff?
Solo (€39) unlocks everything you need for fiscally compliant operation: - Fiskaly Cloud TSE — required by the German Cash Register Security Ordinance (KassenSichV, §146a AO) - DSFinV-K export for tax audits - DATEV export for transfer to your tax advisor - Email invoicing and e-invoices (XRechnung, ZUGFeRD) - Stripe integration for card payments without an external terminal - Advanced statistics and reports - AI menu import with 20 scans per week. In Solo, one device per shift handles transactions — designed for businesses with one cash register. Switching to a different device is possible at any time; the new device takes over the cash register. Pro (€59) includes everything in Solo and adds two more features: - Unlimited number of POS terminals simultaneously - Tax reporting to the tax office (§146a AO) directly from Web Desk. Max (€99) includes everything in Pro plus reservations, inventory management, customer management, a website builder, delivery services, and guest self-ordering. Taking orders and managing tables is also possible in the Free plan. Service POS and employee time tracking are not tied to the subscription—you can activate them separately.
Here's how to subscribe
Log in to the web desk at desk.servire.de and select your desired restaurant. Click on Start with Servire in the bottom left navigation or open Settings → Subscription. There, click on Subscribe, select your desired plan in the Choose Plan dialog, and confirm again with Subscribe. You will then be redirected to Stripe to enter your credit card or SEPA direct debit information; the system does not store any payment data. After confirmation, all features of your plan will be activated immediately. Next, configure your TSE (Technical Security Equipment) — see Setting up a TSE.
The subscription applies per restaurant, not per account: if you have two restaurants, the fee is charged twice. Each restaurant can have its own separate plan. You can change your plan at any time under Settings → Subscription; an upgrade takes effect immediately and is billed proportionally, a downgrade takes effect at the end of the paid month. Monthly invoices can be found under Settings → Subscription → Invoices; they will also be sent by email to the billing address on file.
