Overview and registration
What the hub is, how to open it, and what you'll find inside.
The Servire Hub is the screen-based interface of Servire. While the POS app on the iPad can process orders and payments, the Hub displays what should be shown on monitors in the restaurant: orders in the kitchen, prices displayed to guests, collection numbers at the counter, the digital menu, and the central printing station.
You don't need a second account or any setup in the web desk for this.
Open and log in
Open hub.servire.de in a modern browser and log in with your Servire account, i.e., with the same email address and password as in the Web Desk. The Hub does not create new accounts—for that, use the Register in Web Desk button.

If you have multiple restaurants, select them in the sidebar at the top under Restaurant. The selection will be saved on this device.
The six jobs
The sidebar leads to each screen:

Kitchen monitor — all orders at a glance, for kitchen and serving.
Customer display — the guest sees what they order and pay for
Collection Display — Collection numbers large and visible
Menu Display — the digital menu for entrance or counter
Print Center — the central station for all receipt printers
Order terminal — Self-service via touchscreen
The collection display only appears when collection numbers are activated. The order terminal is part of the Max plan and is currently only visible to activated businesses.
The homepage
The homepage displays at the top whether a shift is open, and the tiles show the status: the kitchen monitor shows the number of open orders, the print center shows the queue or a malfunction. The last used workstation is displayed as a large tile at the top and bears the label Last Used.

Almost all screens require an open shift in the POS app. Without a shift, the kitchen monitor will only display "No active shift".
One screen, one purpose
You can have the hub open on any number of devices simultaneously. Typically, one device is used per task: a tablet in the kitchen with the kitchen monitor, a screen at the counter with the pickup display, a computer in the office with the print center. Each device remembers its own settings.
Yes, with all screens. In Server Free, there's just a small FREE symbol in the corner.
