Print interim invoice
Print a non-binding preview of the invoice — e.g., if the guest wants to see the current balance but doesn't want to pay yet.
Some guests want to know what they have consumed so far without immediately asking for the bill. The interim bill prints a non-binding overview—no TSE signature, no invoice, just informational purposes.

Step 1
Open the order, tap the three-dot menu next to the party, and select "Interim Bill." This option is only available for table orders; it is not available for takeaway orders.
A receipt is printed showing all currently ordered items and the total amount. The header reads "INTERIM INVOICE," and the footer repeats "*** INTERIM INVOICE ***" with the note "Not a tax-deductible receipt." The receipt is not processed as an invoice by the system.
The menu item will remain greyed out as long as no printer is set up with the print group "Receipts/Vouchers".
If the guest wishes to pay after receiving the interim bill, use the regular checkout (Euro symbol) — the interim bill is not a "preliminary receipt" and does not replace the final tax invoice. For tables with multiple parties, print a separate interim bill for each party.
