Self-order badge on table
There is no self-order badge at the table in the delivered POS app — the display is deactivated in the app build.
A colored self-order badge on the table—that is, a marker for orders placed by guests themselves via the guest app—is not present in the delivered POS app. The display is permanently disabled in the app build.
Therefore, the table remains unmarked in the table plan, and there is no separate self-order section in the table details view. All items for a table appear in a single list as usual.
This is not a setting for each individual restaurant: the display cannot be activated either in the settings of the POS app or via support. A new app version would be required for that.
If you are planning to use the guest app, talk to the service support beforehand — this will clarify which processes are already possible in your business today.
