Create TSE
Here's how to set up the cloud TSE for your restaurant in the Web desk .
The TSE (Technical Security Device) signs every transaction at the cash register. Servire uses a certified cloud-based TSE from fiskaly; no additional hardware is required. It's set up once in the Web desk, after which all of the restaurant's POS apps work with it automatically.
Prerequisite: A current subscription of Solo or higher for this restaurant. TSE cannot be set up in Servire Free or during the trial phase. Only the restaurant owner can configure it.
Start setup
After subscribing, click on Create TSE now. If you selected Set up later, you can find the option under **Settings → TSE → Set up TSE ** or in the note on the Overview.
The assistant displays the address that will be stored in the TSE : Address, Postal Code (exactly 5 digits), and City. Check it and click on **Create TSE . Leave the page open until ** TSE successfully created! appears; this usually takes less than a minute.
If the setup process is interrupted, the wizard will display Setup incomplete. Select Continue setup to proceed.
Delete exercise data (optional)
If there are entries from before the TSE), the assistant will ask if you want to delete them. Continue without deleting skips this step; later, you can also do this under Settings → TSE. Details: Remove practice data.
Check result
Check status
Go to Settings to access the ** TSE** tab. The ** TSE** card displays the ACTIVE status and the identifiers. Learn more under Manage TSE.
The TSE ( Technical Security Equipment) is not yet a notification to the tax office. Register your cash register afterwards: from Pro onwards directly in the Web desk, in the Solo plan itself, e.g. via Mein ELSTER. See Registering your cash register with the tax office.
