Registration with the service staff
Create a new service employee account in the iOS app — email, password and name in a short form.
Before you can connect with a restaurant, you need a server account. Registration takes place directly in the iOS app and takes less than a minute — you enter your first and last name, email address, and password, and you're good to go.
Registration via the POS app

Tap Sign In on the Home screen. If you are the first account on this iPad, you will be taken directly to the Sign In/Register selection screen.

On the Servus screen, tap Register (under Are you new to Servus?). If other accounts are already saved on your iPad, you can access this screen via the person plus icon in the top right corner under Recent Logins.

In the registration form, enter your first name, last name, email address (for future logins), and password (at least 4 characters). The eye icon makes the password visible.
Tap the checkmark in the top right corner of the navigation bar to complete your registration. By registering, you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Service Description (linked at the bottom of the form). Your account will be created, and you will be logged in immediately.
After registration
You are logged in, but not yet connected to a restaurant. The next step: connect to the restaurant using a PIN generated by the owner in the web desk — see Connecting to a restaurant.
You can add personal details such as address and phone number later under Settings → Personal Data — they are not a mandatory field during registration.
Use an email address that you check regularly — it will be used for password resets, important messages and invoices (for Pro subscriptions).
The service staff account is free and not tied to a specific restaurant — you can later switch between restaurants or manage multiple ones.
