Reset password

Forgot your password? Use the reset link in the email to create a new one — no need to log in to the app.

If you've forgotten your password, the app can help: Directly from the login screen, you can request a reset email, click the link, and create a new password. This also works if you can't currently log in to the app.

On the login screen, tap Forgot password — visible in both the compact sheet for known accounts and the full login form.

Confirm the security prompt with "Yes". This will send the reset email to the registered address.

You will briefly see the confirmation message "Verification email has been sent". Open the email on any device, click the link, create a new password, and return to the app.

The email comes from noreply@servire-7b11f.firebaseapp.com — please also check your spam folder if it doesn't land in your inbox. The link is valid for one hour.

If you are still logged in and simply want to change your password, changing your login details is the faster way — there you don't need to go through the email process.
