Open counter shopping cart (counter mode)
In counter mode, you can check all captured items before sending, parking, or billing.
Before submitting or processing a counter order, please check your shopping cart. It displays all selected items with their prices and the total amount due.
Open shopping cart
On the iPhone, a black pill labeled "Order" appears at the bottom, displaying the quantity and amount—but only as long as at least one item has been selected. Next to it is a square "…" button. Tapping the pill opens the order sheet to full height; the tab at the top allows you to pull it down to half height. On the iPad, there is neither pill nor sheet: The order panel is permanently located to the right of the menu.
A shopping cart row consists only of text and price; there are no plus, minus, or delete symbols. A long press opens the context menu with options for notes, discounts, surcharges, and deletion. A short tap opens the item editor, where the same menu applies only to the tapped item. Any entered notes appear in quotation marks within the row.
Send, park and bill
At the bottom of the panel is exactly one button: With items in the shopping cart, it displays the total amount and "Checkout," followed by the selected payment method; without items, it's labeled "Pay." "Submit" isn't a separate button, but rather an entry in the "..." menu of the panel header. If a table is selected, it's labeled "Submit," without a table, "Park"—then the ToGo order is saved as an open receipt. If the shopping cart is empty, the entry is disabled.
The "..." button in the main counter view does not lead to the submission option. It contains options for deposit return, voucher sale, message to printer, and cancellation. On an iPhone, you can only access the submit and park functions within the open shopping cart panel.
